**Basic Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
**Responsibilities:**
+ Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered equipment.
+ Strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using appropriate chemicals and machinery.
+ Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
+ Maintain cleanliness and appearance of carpets through spot cleaning and deep extraction.
+ Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent injuries and chemical exposure.
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
+ Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
+ Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
+ Assist with other custodial duties as assigned.
