Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to children in the school setting. This role is essential in supporting our mission to enhance the lives of children with developmental challenges. The position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for children
• Support patients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapy team
• Educate families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of care plans and patient assessments is preferred
• Familiarity with home health or skilled nursing facility settings is a plus.
