Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position within the retail industry, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The role involves assisting customers through various channels, including phone, social media, and specialized language support, depending on the position. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and attentive manner. - Manage and respond to customer interactions through social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction. - Support French-speaking customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions tailored to their region. - Troubleshoot technical problems with the company's mobile app, guiding customers to successful resolutions. - Handle customer complaints effectively, conducting thorough research to provide accurate solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using office software. - Adapt to varying schedules, including potential weekend shifts, to meet customer needs. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to compile and analyze customer data. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and processes. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Familiarity with social media management and customer engagement strategies. - Ability to speak and write fluently in French for specialized customer support. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance. - High level of accuracy in data entry, with alpha-numeric typing speeds between 8,001 and 10,000 kph. - Positive attitude and attention to detail in handling challenging situations.
