Senior Front-Line Leader – Powder Filling

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Senior Front Line Leader to oversee multi-shift operations and lead a team of Front Line Leaders in delivering high-quality products. What You’ll Work On

• Lead and mentor Front Line Leaders across multiple shifts to ensure consistent performance and alignment with operational goals.
• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system in compliance with company policies and global regulatory standards.
• Champion product quality and regulatory compliance, including FDA – 21 CFR and international requirements for Infant Formula.
• Drive financial performance through cost management, budget oversight, and key performance indicators (OEE, labor, downtime, units per hour, CIP, material usage).
• Develop and execute plans to improve line performance and quality metrics using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Promote operator engagement in cost and performance management.

• Supervise staffing activities, training, and performance management for manufacturing teams.

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.

• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

• Experience in project planning and execution.

• Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment.

• Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools.

• Knowledge of FDA – 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
