Compensation: The compensation for this role may range from $147,500-164,500 salary.

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer , you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our AI-driven applications, from the user interface to the back-end services. Your expertise in Python, React, and the Google Cloud Platform will be essential in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that power our AI transformation initiatives. Along the way, you will get to:

• Front-End Development : Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React. You'll ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Back-End Development : Build and integrate server-side logic and APIs using NodeJs and Python libraries. You will be responsible for the core business logic and data processing that powers our applications.
• Cloud Application Development : Leverage Google Cloud Platform developer tools and services to deploy and manage applications. This includes working with services for authentication, data storage, and serverless functions.
• AI/ML Development : Build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering and agentic AI design patterns.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product designers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality products.
• Maintenance & Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure they are performant, secure, and reliable.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack developer with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex web applications.

• Technical Skills:

• Front End: Python: Expert-level, with extensive experience in asynchronous programming.

• Back End: FastAPI & Pydantic: Proven ability to build and deploy high-performance, data-validated APIs.

• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Hands-on experience with Vertex AI (Gemini), Firestore, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.

• AI/ML Development: Experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering. Familiarity with agent-based systems (Google ADK, A2A SDK) is a major plus.

• Docker & Microservices: Proficiency in containerizing applications and experience working in a microservices architecture.

• Software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong skills in API design, testing (pytest, unittest), and CI/CD practices.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.
