LifeTree is now hiring for an Internal IT Specialist (All-Rounder). We’re looking for a hands-on, well-rounded IT professional with broad experience across systems administration, user support, networking, and cloud — someone comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. This is not a narrow DevOps, security, or development role. A strong daily attendance record is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manager daily IT related inquiries, issues and problems, helping operational staff by meeting all their IT needs.
• Manage all aspects of the networking platform
• Troubleshoot network & system issues
• Monitor active network and server infrastructure
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a network or systems administrator, database knowledge is a big plus along with server install and management experience
• Troubleshooting and overcoming Microsoft Office/Office 365 issues is a must
• Knowledge of networking, hosting management and general office IT configuring and needs
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing general office IT systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well positive mindset
• Pro-actively problem-solve and seeking to help run operations smoothly
• Accuracy, proficiency and strong work ethic.
