Summary
As a Lead Installer at Champion Air, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our customers. This position requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities to oversee installation projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret schematics to accurately install equipment.
- Conduct system tests to verify functionality and efficiency post-installation.
- Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation with a strong understanding of refrigeration.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Basic knowledge of appliance repair is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in property maintenance is beneficial.
- NATE Certification Preferred
- Insurable DMV driving record required
