Brand Ambassador

Authority & Supervision

The Brand Ambassador represents the company in retail environments, events, and promotional activations. This role is responsible for promoting brand awareness, educating customers on products, and supporting marketing initiatives across company locations and community events. The Brand Ambassador works closely with the Marketing and Retail Operations teams to ensure brand consistency, customer engagement, and successful execution of promotional initiatives.

Personnel Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the company brand professionally during in-store promotions, community events, and brand activations.
• Educate customers and retail staff on company products, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Assist with planning, setup, and breakdown of marketing events and promotional activities.
• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently represented across all interactions.
• Maintain inventory and organization of promotional materials and event supplies.
• Collect feedback and insights from customers and events to support marketing strategy.
• Assist with transporting marketing materials and equipment to events using a company vehicle when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with marketing and retail teams regarding event performance and promotional success.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to represent the brand in public-facing environments with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift and transport promotional materials when necessary.
• Experience in marketing, promotions, retail, or brand representation preferred.
