Theracare is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to members with developmental disabilities.

Positions Available:

• Habilitation Providers (HAH)
• Attendant Care (ATC)
• Respite Providers (RSP)

What You’ll Do:
Support members in daily living, promote independence, and provide quality care in a positive environment.

Requirements:

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Article 9 Training.
• Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit.
• Three References.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do:
Work one-on-one with members to promote independence, teach life skills, encourage community involvement, and provide meaningful support in daily routines. You’ll help create a safe, positive environment while empowering individuals to reach their goals and build confidence.

We are a qualified and dedicated team with over 250 Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists covering every corner of Arizona. Our goal is to always have a therapy provider available no matter how rural the area. Theracare Pediatrics Services believes passionately in helping each child blossom to his or her ultimate potential. Our therapists go through quarterly training to make sure that they are using the latest evidence based research to help your child reach his or her goals.
