Location: AZ Club Prep, Mesa, AZ
Do you love football and want to be part of the action? AZ Club Prep is hiring Flag Football Referees to help us provide fair, fun, and competitive games for our athletes.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with 1+ year of officiating experience to be an official Ref.
- Ages 16–17 may apply as Jr. Refs (training required). Jr. Refs start at a lower pay rate until trainings are complete.
What You’ll Do
- Officiate flag football games with professionalism and confidence.
- Enforce rules to maintain a safe and fair environment.
- Make quick, accurate decisions and resolve on-field disputes.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and fellow officials.
- Promote sportsmanship and respect at every game.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of flag football rules and gameplay.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stay calm and impartial under pressure.
- A passion for the game and commitment to creating a positive player experience.
