Position Summary

We are seeking a part-time Accountant or experienced Bookkeeper to support accounting, business systems, and administrative functions across our multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking for flexibility and meaningful work within a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions
• Work under the direction of the Accounting Manager
• Assist the President with various business and financial tasks
• Support independent audit and tax professionals
• Maintain and manage property and building records
• Assist with human resources, payroll, and collections as needed

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with GAAP application
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Familiarity with property management, HR, payroll, or collections a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen
