WMOS Product Manager

Job Overview: As the WMOS Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our warehouse management system product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your goal will be to drive the success of our WMOS product and help our clients improve their warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the WMOS product, its features, and capabilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities - Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes - Work closely with the development team to define and prioritize product requirements - Ensure timely delivery of product releases, including managing the release process and coordinating with cross-functional teams - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning - Train and support internal teams and clients on the use of the WMOS product - Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality - Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to enhance product offerings Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry - Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain processes - Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools - Willingness to travel as needed Contract Details: This is a contractor position based in Phoenix, Arizona. The contract duration will be determined based on the needs of the company and the candidate's availability. The contractor will be compensated based on an hourly rate and will be expected to work full-time hours.
