Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a growing production team in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on hands-on assembly work supporting industrial control panel builds. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of industrial control panels and related components
• Install and secure mechanical components such as coil pumps, enclosures, and hardware
• Assist with panel assembly, including mounting frames, brackets, and devices
• Perform heat trace work as required
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working in a control panel shop or similar environment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic diagrams or schematics
• Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
