Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Always utilize proper PPE and safety equipment.
• Follow and understand written instructions, documenting travelers and log sheets.
• Maintain required production time standards.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Produce parts per certification and quality guidelines.
• Cross-train team members and support various production areas (grit blast, grinding, belt sand, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning).
• Maintain housekeeping using 5-S principles.
• Ensure compliance with company quality requirements and ethical standards.
• Communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must pass required tests, including annual exams.
• 1+ years’ experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to meet performance standards within six months.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Lean skills and process improvement mindset.
