We are partnering with a design-forward luxury residential pool and outdoor living builde r in Southern Arizona to hire a Senior Designer & Sales Professiona l.

This is not a lead-only sales role

This is not an entry-level position

And it is not for someone who sells on price

This role is built for a prov en hun ter who thrives in consultative sales, understands high-end homeowners, and can translate vision into buildable, high-value outdoor environments

What you’ll be doing

• Selling custom pools, spas, and full outdoor living environments to mid- and high-end homeowners
• Designing projects using 3D software and presenting them in a consultative, confidence-driven way
• Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
• Building your own pipeline through referrals, builder relationships, networking, and community involvement
• Selling on craftsmanship, design, and long-term value rather than discounting

Projects regularly exceed six figures and may include complete backyard transformations

Who this role is for

You likely have

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in residential pools, outdoor living, or related construction
• A track record of closing high-dollar residential projects
• Comfort generating your own opportunities and not waiting for leads
• The ability to speak confidently about design, construction, and budget tradeoffs
• A professional presence with discerning, high-net-worth homeowners

Compensation

• On-target earnings of $200,000+, with top performers earning significantly more
• Draw against commission
