Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a OB/GYN Physician to join our Medical Center on a nine days Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of August 2025. - MD/DO Degree
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in Arizona State
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- Clean Malpractice/NPDB
- No Additional Certifications are Required
- EMR To Be Determined
