Roofing Field Production Supervisor

Full-Time | $25–$35 per Hour (DOE) Travel Required | Arizona Driver’s License Required

American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking an experienced Field Production Supervisor to oversee service, repair, and reroof projects across residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.

This position wears many hats — service foreman, reroof foreman, and field leader. We are looking for a highly skilled roofing professional who can supervise crews, manage quality, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour depending on experience

• Performance bonuses twice annually

• Advancement opportunities into higher leadership roles

Required Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of roofing experience

• Experience in all major roofing systems, including:

  • Shingle

  • Tile

  • Foam

  • Metal

  • Walk decks

• Strong knowledge of service repairs and full reroof projects

• Ability to troubleshoot roofing issues in the field

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews in the field

• Oversee both service and reroof projects

• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and quality standards

• Manage job schedules, materials, and labor coordination

• Serve as a professional point of contact for customers

• Train and mentor crew members

• Maintain organized and efficient job sites

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications

• Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
