- Support the sales team by helping customers with order questions, service issues, and financing support
- Solve problems quickly and with empathyturning complaints into opportunities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Train and guide other store team members on service best practices
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and credit teams to keep orders running smoothly
- Help improve in-store service systems and processes
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of customer service experience (retail or furniture preferred)
- Positive, team-first mindset and strong people skills
- Comfortable learning point-of-sale, CRM, and order tracking systems
- Organized, dependable, and good under pressure
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train the right person

- Full Time or Part Time
- $17-$23 an hour with opportunity for bonuses and spiffs
- Were open MondaySaturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm .
