Join Be Well In-Home Care in Surprise, AZ, where we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for seniors. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
- Follow individualized care plans and adjust as necessary to meet client needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification; additional training is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Genuine desire to help and uplift the lives of seniors.
