About Us:
Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse is known for bold flavors, smoked classics, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for skilled Cooks to join our kitchen team and help us deliver consistent, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Bootleggers’ recipes and standards.
- Operate grills, fryers, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in prepping ingredients and ensuring stations are fully stocked.
- Work closely with the team to ensure dishes are delivered quickly and correctly.
- Communicate with servers and managers to maintain smooth service flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for great food.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time or part-time, with evening and weekend availability.
- Very Competitive hourly pay!
