Java Fullstack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end software solutions and contributing to platform design while supporting and mentoring team members .

Rate Range: $41/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Fullstack Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver end‑to‑end software solutions using Java 8, Spring Boot, React.js, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, implement, and optimize REST APIs, database structures, and distributed data systems across Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Work across green‑field and brown‑field projects, ensuring high‑quality code, scalability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to drive feature development, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Apply technical expertise to influence platform architecture, guide best practices, and support DevOps processes using GitHub Actions.

• Mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and helping shape engineering standards and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Java Full‑Stack Development, including backend and frontend technologies.

• Proven expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, React.js, and building scalable, high‑performance applications.

• Strong experience working with cloud‑native environments, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and modern DevOps practices.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour
