Integration Project Specialist - Prosano Health Solutions (Hybrid)
- Hybrid People Leaders: must reside in AZ, required to be onsite at least twice per week

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Integration Project Specialist for Prosano Health Solutions will manage high‑impact strategic programs and initiatives that advance Prosano’s mission as a Health Solutions Organization. This role requires a solution‑focused, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can translate strategy into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including healthcare providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, manage interdependencies, and ensure successful program delivery. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry is essential, including regulatory and compliance requirements, payer operations, and provider ecosystems. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional program management skills, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining precision, accountability, and operational excellence. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Work Experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or transformation roles within healthcare, health services, payer, provider, or health solutions organizations
- Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional programs from strategy through execution in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments
- Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, or a related field

- Preferred Work Experience
- 7 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles within healthcare or health solutions organizations
- Experience supporting or leading organizational transformation, innovation initiatives, or new solution development

- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), or related discipline

- Lead the development and execution of strategic programs throughout Prosano Health Solutions.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving healthcare environment, managing competing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining execution discipline.
- Identify challenges, design practical solutions, and drive execution of internal business process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Design and execute performance measurement methods to inform strategic decisions and improve program outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Develops recommendations for internal business process improvement.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manages the analytical and research activities supporting an organization's strategic, short-term, and long-range goal planning function.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate program status, risks, and issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to program team members
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive program success.

- The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

- Preferred experience using Hybrid Agile‑Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Program and Portfolio Management, Lean, and Change Management methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to manage complex, cross‑functional healthcare programs.
