Position Overview:

• Competitive compensation: Pay ranges from $50-65 per hour , depending on setting and experience. Salary options available too!

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized speech therapy to pediatric patients, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Specialize in feeding! A feeding-forward caseload will be built, while still working with speech and language needs some of the time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
• Track patient progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate families on therapy strategies, home care techniques, and feeding-related concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest feeding therapy techniques and contribute to the growth and success of the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license
• Ability to work in person in Tempe, AZ
• Pediatric experience (feeding therapy preferred)
