Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Skills in assessment, individualized education plan (IEP) development, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Strong collaborative abilities and effective communication with educators, parents, and staff
• Previous supervisory experience or enthusiasm for mentoring SLPAs is preferred but not required
• State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in Arizona

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students on your caseload (details collected at assignment start)
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Supervise and support an SLPA, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Contribute to eligibility, IEP, and progress meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Communicate effectively with families and staff regarding students’ progress and needs
