Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in schools
• Previous experience providing services in school settings preferred
• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services both individually and in group settings
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery in compliance with education regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
