· At least one year of recent med/surgical, home health, or infusion experience?

As a Nurse you will:

• Provide specialized, complex care to meet the nursing/medical needs your patient.
• Educate and support the family and caregiver in meeting personalized care goals.
• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of your patient’s needs.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Support the patient’s and family’s cultural beliefs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered licensure (RN/LPN) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, or comparable Compact State License.
• Proficiency with computers and use of electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license, with maintenance of safe driving record, and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Position requires regular local travel to fulfill job responsibilities and will include daytime and evening hours.
• Familiarity with geriatric needs (examples include diabetic care, patient education, wound care, ostomy care, and home safety education).
• Experience in Med/Surge, ICU, and ER preferred.
