The Cardiovascular Platform

• Expanding Cath Lab program
• Executive visibility reporting directly to the COO
• Capital support for technology and program development
• Collaborative culture across cardiology, surgery, and operations

This is a role with both operational oversight and strategic influence.

• Optimize throughput and lab utilization
• Develop clinical leaders and succession depth
• Support continued expansion of cardiovascular services
• Align quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance

• Experienced Cath Lab Directors seeking broader influence

• RCIS or RN leaders comfortable balancing clinical quality and operational metrics

What They’re Looking For:

• Associate's in Nursing or Radiation Sciences (Bachelor’s pref)
• 5+ years of Cath Lab RN or tech experience; 3+ years of cardiovascular leadership required
• Active RCIS or RN license required
