Contract Data Specialist

Our client is embarking on a high-impact systems upgrade, and contracts are at the heart of it. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in data-heavy environments and knows how to make sense of messy, inconsistent information. This role offers the chance to play a key part in a healthcare organization’s ERP migration to Workday, ensuring supplier contracts are accurate, accessible, and ready to support future operations.

• Location: Remote - PST
• Duration: 1 Year + long contract
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $35-50/hour – Open to negotiation
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Review, abstract, and clean contract data including pricing, payment terms, and business conditions
• Consolidate contracts from ServiceNow into a centralized repository to support Workday ERP implementation
• Collaborate with suppliers to validate and clarify data discrepancies
• Organize and migrate contract data into structured, accurate, and searchable formats
• Support the contract team with ongoing data management and process improvements

What Gets You the Job:

• Proven experience reviewing and working with supplier contracts, particularly around business terms and payment structures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or gaps in data
• Comfortable managing large volumes of data (hundreds of contracts) with accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors
