Responsibilities
- Administer oaths/affirmations.
- Take acknowledgments.
- Take verifications upon an oath or affirmation.
- Witness or attest signatures.
- Certify or attest copies.
- Note a protest of a negotiable instrument (subject to restrictions).
- Certify that an event has occurred or an act has been performed.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
- Notary Public certification.
- Experience in notarizing loan documents.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Job Requirements
- High-speed Internet connection.
- Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
- Home office setup.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
Payment
$125.00‑$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
