As a PACU RN, you’ll provide immediate post-op recovery care for perioperative patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). You’ll be a key part of a team that prioritizes safety, calm communication, and excellent patient outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Monitor and assess patients in the immediate post-anesthesia period
- Implement individualized recovery plans and intervene as conditions change
- Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons, and perioperative teams for smooth hand-offs
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes per policy
- Support patient and family education during the recovery phase
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active Arizona RN license
- 1–2 years of RN experience in one or more of the following disciplines PACU, Cath Lab, Emergency, OR, Med/Surg or ICU
Benefits
