We’re looking for a Seasoned ASE Certified Technician who wants to be part of a close-knit shop where expertise matters, leadership is valued, and your work truly makes an impact.

What You’ll Do Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across all major vehicle systems, including electrical, engine, transmission, and drivability
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and modern repair techniques to quickly identify root causes
• Support fellow technicians with technical guidance on challenging repairs

Comprehensive Repair Work

• Perform high-level repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems and components
• Execute repairs accurately based on diagnostic findings
• Ensure every repair meets the highest standards for safety, reliability, and performance

Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead by example in professionalism, efficiency, and quality
• Mentor and support junior technicians to strengthen team performance
• Assist shop leadership with workflow coordination and maintaining a productive environment

Team Communication

• Collaborate with service advisors and team members on repair recommendations, timelines, and technical solutions
• Stay current on industry advancements, tools, and technology

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate repair orders, diagnostic records, and parts documentation
• Perform post-repair inspections and test drives
• Ensure every vehicle meets or exceeds shop quality and safety standards before delivery

Ongoing Growth

• Pursue continued education, ASE certifications, and advanced technical training
• Bring new knowledge back to the team to elevate shop performance

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Certification preferred (or strong equivalent experience)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Advanced diagnostic and repair experience across multiple vehicle systems
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentorship
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in workmanship
