About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Software Deployment Analyst with proven experience supporting technology solutions in the civil construction industry.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of business software platforms, while providing valuable insights that drive efficiency and performance across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support software deployments, upgrades, and integrations within construction operations, ensuring minimal disruption to field and office workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to analyze system needs, identify improvements, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain, query, and optimize SQL databases to support reporting, troubleshooting, and system performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical liaison for Viewpoint Spectrum (preferred), or similar ERP/financial/project management platforms used in construction.
• Develop documentation, training resources, and user support guides to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
• Partner with IT and vendors to test, validate, and roll out system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including writing queries, reports, and database management.
• Proven track record in software deployment and support within the civil construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and end-user training.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum ERP software.
• Familiarity with construction industry project management, finance, or operational workflows.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports).
