Salary: $75,000-$95,000 DOE
Open Source Integrators is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to own the full scope of HR administration (excluding payroll and recruiting) and ensure operational excellence across the company.
This is a high-ownership role working closely with executive leadership. We are looking for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and follow-through - and who takes pride in executing routine responsibilities with excellence.

What You'll Own
This role owns the full scope of HR operations (excluding payroll and recruiting), including compliance, benefits administration, systems management, policy administration, merit process coordination, immigration documentation management, employee relations, and all routine HR administrative functions required to keep the company compliant and operating smoothly.
HR Compliance & Administration
- ACA tracking and annual filings
- 1095-C coordination
- I-9 management & eVerify
- Non-discrimination testing completion
- Compliance notice distribution
- Workers' compensation audit coordination
- FMLA tracking and documentation
- Personnel file management and audit readiness
- Coordinate STEM-OPT and H-1B administration in partnership with immigration counsel
- Manage employee relations matters in coordination with executive leadership & published policies
Benefits Administration
- Enrollment processing
- Benefits reconciliation (enrollments to invoices to payroll deductions)
- Open enrollment coordination
- COBRA oversight
- Broker coordination
HR Systems & Process Management
- BambooHR administration and workflow optimization
- OKR administration support
- Merit review process coordination
- Policy updates and documentation management
- HR compliance calendar management
- Report
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Background checks
- Offer letter preparation
- New hire onboarding coordination with hiring managers
- Offboarding compliance
Responsibilities may evolve as company needs grow. The expectation is full ownership of HR operational integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR administration or HR operations experience
- Strong knowledge of compliance & regulatory management
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong written communication
- High discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work closely and professionally with executive leadership
- Experience handling employee relations with discretion and professionalism
