Junior Software Engineer
This position is to be worked out of our Tucson, Arizona office .
As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of our SourceOne Enterprise Knowledge Performance System.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and maintain our applications following specifications
- Work together with others in a Scrum team
- Use GIT source control
- Share ideas and track work with collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Prepare reports and presentations on the status, operation and maintenance of the software
- Keep up to date on emerging technologies and methodologies
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- College or University degree in Computer Science or working towards this degree or related discipline
- Knowledge of C, C++
- Knowledge of common data structures and algorithms
- Highly skilled in mathematics is preferable
