We are looking for an organized and driven Event Specialist to plan, execute, and oversee various corporate and promotional events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage every phase of the event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event reporting. The ideal candidate excels under pressure, communicates effectively, and ensures that each event meets strategic goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate, promotional, and internal events
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure venues
Supervise on-site event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with company objectives
Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables throughout the event process
Conduct post-event evaluations and present performance reports
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle event-related inquiries from clients, staff, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of proven experience in planning and executing events
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
Proficiency with event software and budgeting tools
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
