Our hands-on training gives you everything you need to succeed with live tour leads. Agents using our system often close 2–3 escrows per month in their first 90 days thanks to strong leads and focused coaching.

Our first week together is packed with practical training. From converting leads and running solid buyer and seller meetings to understanding contracts, we’ll get you ready to show homes and close deals fast.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

1. A drive to help buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions
2. Comfort with writing purchase and listing agreements
3. Ability to accurately assess property values
4. Quick responses and strong communication with clients
5. Consistent updates in CRM and partner platforms like Zillow
