Salary: $120,000â$160,000 annually (DOE)
Status: Full-Time | MondayâFriday | Occasional weekends and evenings required
Travel: Required to local offices and job sites
Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of HVAC/plumbing/process piping projects
Lead client communications, proposals, budgeting, and change orders
Oversee labor coordination and project scheduling
Ensure contract compliance and cost control
Support recruiting, mentoring, and internal collaboration across departments
Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing project management ($50Kâ$25M+)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to lead projects independently and develop client relationships
Valid driverâs license and ability to travel as needed
