Position Title: Practice Manager, Advisor Business Development

Reports to: Director, Advisor Business Development

Department: Sales

Location: 2929 N Central Ave, Suite 1400, Phoenix, AZ

Classification: Full-time; Exempt

Summary / Job Objective : The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for leading a virtual and onsite discovery process through creation of an advisor specific Value Creation Plan for Simplicity’s top advisors. Through every interaction the Practice Manager is focused on helping great advisors become confident business owners. PM compliments Advisor Development Consultants (ADCs) to win, grow and retain strategies for their growth minded advisors. PM identifies top line growth and operational efficiencies, research, analyze and propose prioritized recommendations and manage all aspects of strategy execution plan delivery.

Primary Responsibilities :

· Lead discovery, evaluation, education and execution phases to:

• Identify advisor goals, mission and observations around marketing, sales, operations
• Deliver valuable insights through strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Prioritize incremental improvements that are actionable, resourced and measured
• Create a customized proposal with execution timeline, support to achieve desired goals

· Support Simplicity Partners and ADCs to meet needs of advisors who do not qualify full engagement

· Track hours, meet practice management goals set forth by management

· Participate in continuous training

· Self-develop with industry and product knowledge to remain current with trends and products

· Keep abreast of the competition and changes in the economy and financial markets

· Understand and adhere to the Vision, Mission and Values of Simplicity

· Represent Simplicity in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications :

· Minimum three years of financial services practice management/business consulting experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel with accurate typing skills

· Some travel required – up to 30%

· College Degree Preferred or Equivalent Work Experience

· State insurance license preferred but not required

· Series 6, 63, 7, 65 or 66 preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation (based on experience)

• Annual base salary: $70,000 - $85,000
• Bonus opportunities
• This is an exempt position
