Branch Manager – Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in overseeing branch operations and driving excellence in customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead our team in Scottsdale, AZ, and uphold the highest standards in title and settlement processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless branch operations in compliance with operational standards
• Develop and maintain efficient processes for timely processing of title, scheduling, and closing
• Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
• Manage branch budgets to optimize revenue and reduce expenses
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and competitor landscape
• Foster a culture of community engagement and uphold company values
• Facilitate and oversee all aspects of settlement transactions
• Address and resolve any outstanding issues in escrow quality assurance reports

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements as mandated by State/Federal Agencies
• Notary Public license requirements as per State regulations
• 3-5 years of experience in Escrow Operations
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or higher-level experience
• Proficiency in RESPA guidelines, title and settlement regulations
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-location team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Softpro
• Notable traits such as being a team player, functional expert, and self-starter
• Builder experience a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Escrow Operations Experience
• Minimum 2 years at a supervisory level or above
• Understanding of title and settlement rules and regulations

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to handle complex problems and transactions as needed
• Ability to manage a team of 6 direct reports
• Experience overseeing a high volume of closings, preferably 125-175 per month
