Associate Product Designer (W2 Contract)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – onsite required)

Duration: Contract through December 2026

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Pay Range: $30–$40/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an Associate Product Designer to support a global, enterprise-level digital products team. This role partners closely with User Experience leadership and collaborates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Research teams spanning multiple time zones.

You will play a key role in delivering user-centered, accessible, and inclusive digital experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into user-focused solutions by collaborating with product managers, developers, researchers, and CX partners
• Apply design thinking methodologies to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
• Produce key design deliverables, including:
  • High-fidelity prototypes
  • Wireframes
  • User flows and journey maps
  • Information architecture and personas
• Advocate for the user by incorporating customer insights and usability feedback
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, brand, and usability standards
• Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in product design, UX design, or visual design
• Working knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with Figma or comparable design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work end-to-end
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and openness to feedback

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
