Home Health Aide (HHA) — Overnight & 12-Hour Opportunities — Glendale, AZ 85304
Join Adultcare Assistance Homecare as an HHA and deliver high-impact care for seniors who need skilled, compassionate support. This opportunity emphasizes clinical involvement, memory-care safety, and continuity of care for clients who benefit from longer or overnight coverage. You’ll work with individualized care plans, collaborate with families and clinicians, and be part of a team that values skill development and professional growth. Shift availability and hours may vary based on client care needs and caregiver availability.
What you'll do:
- Provide hands-on ADL support including bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
- Assist with safe mobility and therapy exercises as directed by care plans
- Monitor memory-care safety and prevent hazards during overnight hours
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands when needed
- Provide medication reminders and report changes in condition
- Support hospice-related tasks and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Complete smartphone time tracking and documentation per agency guidelines

Requirements:
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass drug screening test
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Comfort assisting with incontinence care and safe mobility
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and dependability
- Ability to work overnight and 12-hour coverage as assigned
