Pediatric Neuropsychologist – Outpatient Setting | No Weekends or Call
Location: Goodyear, Arizona
Schedule: Part Time or Full Time Available (Part Time would be Mondays and Thursdays)
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (Full Time, pro-rated for part time)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic Setting

Position Overview
A respected outpatient behavioral health practice located in Goodyear, Arizona is actively recruiting a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join its collaborative, family-focused care team. This is a full-time clinical position offering a structured weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or call duties.
This role is designed for a licensed psychologist with pediatric neuropsychology training who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting and values personalized, evidence-based evaluations. New fellowship graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive Bonus: Productivity-based bonuses paid quarterly

Core Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth neuropsychological assessments focused on cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and academic functioning
- Generate detailed diagnostic reports with actionable recommendations
- Clearly present results to families, schools, and referring providers in a supportive and collaborative manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning
- (Optional) Contribute to clinical mentorship, community outreach, or program development
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Eligible for licensure as a psychologist in the state of Arizona
- Demonstrated experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations in pediatric populations
Preferred:
- Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology
- Proficiency in standardized assessments and report writing
- Strong interpersonal and team-based communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based and family-centered care
