About Us: We are a fast-paced, client-focused law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services with integrity and precision. Our team values collaboration, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation and administrative support
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a legal setting (civil litigation, family law, or corporate law a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
