Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers and delivers exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings by maintaining their knowledge of the company and day -to -day operations. The Customer Support Specialist also assists with inbound phone calls and emails regarding account questions (dues, balances, etc.)
If you are someone who has exceptional customer service and the ability to multitask with administrative tasks then this is the Customer Support Specialist position is for you!

This is an in office position, working Monday through Friday at a rate of $20.00/hour.
