LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Gilbert, Arizona.

Submission Requirements

• Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered - [REQUIRED]
  
  
• Provider must have 3 years minimum of current Oncology experience - [REQUIRED]
• Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - [REQUIRED]
• Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross - [REQUIRED]
• Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**

Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) OCN
