Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Operators
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: 10 hour shifts typically Monday to Friday
Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed

• Day Shift 6am-4:30pm
• Night Shift 6pm-4:30am
• Location: Casa Grande, AZ
• Hourly Range: $20/h-$21/h

About the Job

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure efficient output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operations.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and quality control standards.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety standards, including PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment maintenance.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, and standing.
• Operate and obtain Lucid certification for industry-standard MH equipment.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Support various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and maintain high craftsmanship.
• Comfortable learning and working with innovative technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a repetitive process.
