Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Superintendent position include:- 5+ years of experience in the concrete industry is required- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction software- Ability to manage and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and daily job site operations- Oversee all concrete processes including quality inspections, reinforcing steel installation, and concrete mix verification- Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and maintain organized, hazard-free work areas- Plan and manage short-term schedules, materials delivery, and project documentation- Maintain budgets by optimizing crew performance and equipment usage- Conduct daily reporting, manage client changes, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholdersSalary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
