Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Fingerprint Clearance Card Level 1
• CPR & First Aid (In Person Course)
• Food Handlers Permit
• Step 2 TB skin test or TB Blood Test within the last year
• Test Negative for Illegal Substances
