Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans
• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide instructional and behavioral strategies
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention to students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in decision-making processes for special education eligibility
• Promote mental health awareness and contribute to the development of school-wide positive behavior programs

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid credential or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within school environments, preferably with diverse student populations
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
