About the role

As an Accountant Sr, you will have a strong accounting background and an understanding of general ledger accounting, coupled with large company business process knowledge. We will count on you to act as an accounting liaison to Insight's operating departments and collaborate cross-functionally with finance teams including FP&A, Opex, product accounting, billing, AR, AP, and others. Along the way, you will get to:

• Efficiently prepare and document profit & loss and balance sheet journal entries and reconciliations.
• Drive the month-end close and consolidation process through collaboration with functional business department owners and corporate accounting personnel.
• Research, analyze and document profit & loss and balance sheet fluctuations relating to distinct business functions.
• Prepare financial statement disclosures.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree a plus.
• 4 years of experience in corporate accounting function.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify balance sheet errors and improper or misclassified profit & loss activity.
